Currently serving as Sales & Strategy manager at Adamil Talent since December 2023, Mathias is leading sales management and strategic development in a hybrid work environment in Stockholm, Sweden. Alongside his full-time role, he also act as an Investor in Set4Future AB, focusing on investments in unlisted companies. His entrepreneurial spirit shines through his previous ventures, such as founding and leading Maxkompetens as CEO and Founder from 2003 to 2011, achieving significant growth and accolades in the staffing industry. To mention a few other startups and scaleups, as TopWork, TopSkill Poland, TopHuman, Crestcom Sweden, Mathias shows an impressive background as an entrepreneur and business developer.
